The Arts Council of York County is pleased to announce the winners of the 31st annual jury competition for the Rock Hill South Carolina Art Exhibition. The Arts and Culture Service of York County's Arts and Culture Council has announced the prizes of its 31st annual jury competition. All works that have been accepted for the Jury Competition and the exhibition will be on display at the York City Museum of Art from 1 May 2016 to 30 June 2017.

The exhibition features works by local, national and international artists and the gallery is managed by the Arts Council of York County. Visit the galleries on Main Street or Winthrop University, where you can visit the Rutledge, Elizabeth Dunlap and Patrick galleries in the Rutledge Building.

Also located in Charlotte, the Levine Center for the Arts offers amenities such as public spaces for learning, shopping and dining. One of the galleries is a great place to see local craftsmen and exhibit works by local, national and international artists. Housed in two restored centuries-old buildings, the Center of Arts houses a variety of galleries, museums and art galleries from around the world, from the United States and Europe to Asia and South America. Also located in Charlotte, it offers visitors amenities such as public spaces for educational events, shopping and dining.

There are other artist studios, including the Friday Arts Project, and the Arts Council also manages the North Carolina Museum of Art, which houses a variety of galleries, museums, and art galleries from around the world, from the United States and Europe to Asia and South America. This small arts center is located on the corner of South Main Street and North Street in Charlotte, just a few blocks from downtown.
